About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Grant Research and Application Specialist to join

our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals passionate

about nonprofit management, research, and writing. Your role will be pivotal in identifying and

securing grants, managing application processes, and ensuring our foundation’s sustainability

and growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Grant Research & Identification:

• Research and identify relevant grant opportunities across government, private,

and corporate sectors.

• Validate potential grants to align with our organizational goals.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of grant opportunities.

2. Application Development & Submission:

• Assist in drafting and submitting grant applications, proposals, and reports.
• Customize responses to meet specific requirements of each grant opportunity.
• Ensure all applications meet deadlines and submission criteria.

3. Documentation & Records Management:

• Compile and organize necessary documents for grant applications.
• Track and update the status of submitted applications, providing regular progress

reports.

4. Stakeholder Communication:

• Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for grant applications.
• Communicate effectively with funding organizations to clarify application

guidelines and requirements.

5. Administrative Support:

• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as

required.

• Provide administrative support for other fundraising and research activities.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with grant platforms (e.g., Grants.gov) or willingness to learn.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management tools.

• High level of organizational and time management skills.

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, or related fields.

• Experience: 0–1 years of experience in grant writing, research, or nonprofit support

(freshers are welcome to apply).

• Additional: Familiarity with nonprofit operations or project management is a plus.
