Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive global sales for our SaaS products.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions across Domestic and international markets.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and growing revenue streams in line with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive global sales of SaaS products.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across various industries.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business goals with product offerings.
- Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for product improvements.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's SaaS solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in selling SaaS products, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in selling SaaS products globally, with an understanding of diverse markets and customer needs.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required for business development purposes.
Preferred:
- Experience in selling to large enterprises or across multiple sectors.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and SaaS platforms.
