The Equipment, Technology, and Services group of Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a Logistics and EXIM Leader to manage a logistics operation team in support of inland and international commerce activities in India. The logistics capability is critical to how we deliver goods and services to our customers on time and in full and we need a leader to motivate, coach, and develop this team of logistics staffs.

This role requires the ability to lead in a matrixed environment, have an exceptional eye for detail, the ability to create a culture grounded in stewardship and compliance excellence, have demonstrated economic thinking skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels of an organization. Commercial acumen and ability to market and sell the capabilities of your organization will be critical. The role will also establish globally aligned metrics and standard processes to rapidly create an advantaged logistics capability that results in on-time in full delivery.

What You Will Do

Lead and coach a logistics staff - create a vision, set goals, and define a strategy for achieving established objectives while continuously improving the teams talent position. Ensure on-going engagement and alignment with global logistics team.

Responsible for the India international trade operations and manage broker/ 3PL partners along with global logistics teams.

Partnering with corporate compliance teams, manage import and export process, Broker Letters of Instruction, and Shippers Letters of Instruction with 100% complying laws and regulation. Applying innovative approaches to accelerating logistics and international trade operation aspects.

Developing knowledge network, willing to seek and share the best knowledge as they help us challenge the current state with a sense of urgency and a goal of constantly improving and transforming logistics operation.
