Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist/Manager (HR-TA)
Department: Human Resources
Location: Thilla Nagar, Trichy.

Work nature: Work from office.


Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The HR-TA will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, pool management and contributing to the overall growth of the company by hiring the best candidates. This position plays a key role in fostering a positive candidate experience and ensuring alignment with our organizational culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs across departments.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
    • Create job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment advertisements.
    • Ensure recruitment processes align with the companys values and culture.
  2. Sourcing and Candidate Screening:
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking.
    • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
    • Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
  3. Interviewing and Selection:
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Prepare interview questions and guide hiring managers on best practices.
    • Conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews.
    • Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential for growth.
    • Provide interview feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Candidate Experience and Employer Branding:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
    • Act as a brand ambassador for the company by promoting its values and culture to prospective employees.
    • Communicate with candidates regarding interview outcomes, job offers, and next steps.
  5. Offer Management and Onboarding:
    • Extend job offers to select candidates and assist in negotiating salary and benefits.
    • Oversee the pre-boarding process, including background checks, reference checks, and document collection.
    • Coordinate with HR for onboarding new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  6. Talent Pool Development:
    • Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
    • Attend career fairs, recruitment events, and college campus recruitment drives to enhance the companys presence in the talent marketplace.
    • Tools like ATA, LinkedIn pool sourcing techniques, experience in using Naukri Indeed and job portal platforms especially for recruitment, experience in campus hiring.
  7. Data-Driven Recruitment:
    • Prepare and present recruitment reports to management on hiring progress and challenges.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process.
  8. Compliance and Record Keeping:
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, company policies, and best practices.
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities (Profile database).

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with a proven track record of hiring across multiple functions and levels.
    • Familiarity with employer branding techniques and social media recruiting.
    • Prior experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes is preferred.



Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Interviewing and Assessment: Proficiency in conducting structured, competency-based interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple open positions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in reviewing resumes, applications, and reference checks.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and address challenges in the recruitment process, offering solutions that benefit both candidates and the company.
  • Negotiation Skills: Capable of managing candidate expectations and negotiating salary and benefits packages.
