Required Qualifications:

Experience: 2-4 years of Project Coordination/Project Management experience, particularly in IT projects (this is a mandatory requirement).
Education: Bachelor s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Documentation Management:

Track and understand documentation deliverables for multiple small projects.
Gather and organize necessary documentation from customers.

Project Lifecycle Management:

Assist with or manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
Ensure projects are taken through final implementation successfully.

Stakeholder Relationships:

Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate activities and tasks, understanding the roles and functions of the project team.

Best Practices and Requirements:

Follow industry best practices and ensure all project requirements are met and documented.
Document project risks, assumptions, and constraints.
Aid in implementing approved actions and workarounds to mitigate project risk events.
Monitor the status of all identified risks to minimize their impact on the project.

Financial Management:

Manage project budgets, ensuring all budgets, forecasts, and costs are measured, tracked, and reported for project success.
Use appropriate tools and techniques to identify and quantify variances.
Document measurement criteria for success in collaboration with Project Managers or other Leads.

Scope, Schedule, and Cost Management:

Assist in managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
Ensure all issues are captured, resolved, and documented, and that resolutions are communicated effectively.

Meetings and Reports:

Actively participate in or lead project meetings, following up on action items.
Provide regular input for status reports, including program portfolio reviews.

General Coordination:

Assume responsibility and coordination for a wide variety of project and/or program-related tasks.
