The Company Secretary (CS) ensures corporate governance, legal compliance, and effective communication between the board of directors and stakeholders. The CS organizes board meetings, prepares agendas, manages regulatory filings, and advises on legal and governance matters.

• Organize and coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Maintain shareholder registers and manage shareholder communications.
