Technical Support Engineer (24/7) - Mumbai

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide remote tier 1 end user device support including hardware troubleshooting, installation, and replacement of products and components (Windows/Mac desktops and laptops, network and desktop printers, VoIP phones, Wireless Access Points, Local Area Network hardware)
• Provide remote tier 1 software and device support and problem resolution which includes troubleshooting, installation and configuration
• Provide remote tier 1 helpdesk support to end user base and when necessary, work with and escalate to tier 2/3 or onsite support.
• Perform device management using Intune • Fulfill requests and provide support for user onboarding or offboarding activities
• Create and manage users, groups, mailboxes within on-premise Active Directory, Azure Entra ID and Exchange Online services.
• Create and manage Teams and SharePoint Sites within Office 365 Admin Center.
• Perform software distribution, application packaging and patching of endpoints using products like Tanium/Atera/Intune/etc.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Windows 10/11 and MacOS troubleshooting and support experience
• Experience using Microsoft Intune and administration
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 user/group/mailbox Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint administration
• Understanding of both on-prem Local Active Directory and Azure Entra ID services
• Experience using a helpdesk ticketing system/ITSM software solution
• Continuous education in Information Technology is required

Necessary Qualifications:

• Required to work during US daytime business operating hours to support Kodi operations
• 3-5 year of proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role, with Customer-oriented attitude

Education and Work Experience:

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems
• Equivalent experience and technical training may be substituted for the education requirements
• Microsoft MCSE, Cisco, CompTIA Network+ or Security+ Certifications are preferred
• 2-4 years experience and at least 2 years in current similar role
