Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced Statistical Forecast Model Developer - Specialist to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in developing statistical forecasting models for the pharmaceutical industry.

- You will work with Python, R, SQL, and advanced machine learning techniques to enhance forecasting accuracy and drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize statistical forecasting models tailored for pharma analytics Utilize Python & R with statistical libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, StatsModels, Tidyverse, caret)

- Perform data manipulation using SQL & Excel

- Leverage data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, ggplot2) to present insights

- Apply machine learning techniques for demand forecasting and model evaluation (cross- validation, ROC curves)

- Must have Pharma Statistical model developing experience.

- Work closely with stakeholders to align forecasting models with business objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in statistical modeling & forecasting for pharma industry

- Proficiency in Python, R, and relevant statistical & ML libraries

- Strong knowledge of SQL & Excel for data extraction and transformation

- Experience in data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, ggplot2)

- Deep understanding of machine learning and model evaluation techniques

- Ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights
