Pharma Statistical Forecast Model Developer - R/Python (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Statistical Forecast Model Developer - Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in developing statistical forecasting models for the pharmaceutical industry. You will work with Python, R, SQL, and advanced machine learning techniques to enhance forecasting accuracy and drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize statistical forecasting models tailored for pharma analytics

- Utilize Python & R with statistical libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, StatsModels, Tidyverse, caret)

- Perform data manipulation using SQL & Excel

- Leverage data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, ggplot2) to present insights

- Apply machine learning techniques for demand forecasting and model evaluation (cross-validation, ROC curves)

- Must have Pharma Statistical model developing experience.

- Work closely with stakeholders to align forecasting models with business objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-7 years of experience in statistical modeling & forecasting for pharma industry

- Proficiency in Python, R, and relevant statistical & ML libraries

- Strong knowledge of SQL & Excel for data extraction and transformation

- Experience in data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, ggplot2)

- Deep understanding of machine learning and model evaluation techniques
