Validation Architect

• Owning and maintaining the Validation Strategy for all our digital products
• Work closely with the product managers to understand the vision, product goals and anticipated features
• Work with your team and organizational stakeholders to understand the current product states and validation demands
• Collaborate with the multiple internal and external Validation teams to understand their validation goals, responsibilities, and plans.
• Leverage your technical expertise to envision and design an efficient and scalable automated test system that fulfils the validation goals and plans for the teams.
• Present the system validation strategy to the organizational leadership as well as stakeholders to incorporate feedback and refine it further.
• Define and develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of the overall validation of our digital products
• Engage in a design thinking approach with internal and external stakeholders to create ideas for improving our validation systems while continuously monitoring their effectiveness.
• Stay up to date on relevant technologies, plug into user groups, understand trends and opportunities that ensure we are using the best techniques and tools
• Provide technical guidance and support to the production and validation teams throughout all phases of development, product launch, and post launch support.
• Keep up to date with the latest advancements in validation and automation systems. 
• Continue to drive the innovation cycle with guidance from your manager.

Qualifications:

• BE/ Btech or MTech degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering (with later SW specialization), or equivalent area of technical study
• 7-10 years hands-on experience in validation of embedded systems with a focus on industrial, automotive and Internet of Things (IoT) applications
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience building highly automated validation systems
• Experience with real time and functional safety applications
• Experience in multidisciplinary project teams
