Senior Project Engineer Civil Finishes

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage finishing works at high rise residential Mivan sites.
  
• Oversee interior works, including plumbing, electricals, carpeting, painting, and other related activities.
  
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution of projects.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks within budget constraints.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field (finishes engineer).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of Civil Finishes, High Rise Residential MIVAN Finishes, Interiors, Finishing Work.
