Business Development Executive in Delhi, Gurgaon, West, South

Key Responsibilities.

Cold-call prospective customers.

Introduce new customers, develop and grow existing customers.

Preparing and sending quotes.

Understand customers' buying patterns/needs/requirements and plan internally based on the same.

Achieve sales target and generate revenue through trading of industrial (CR, high carbon & hard & tempered) steel to OEM manufacturers ().

Work on strong follow-ups for repeat orders from existing and new customers.

Frequently travel (Delhi-NCR) to regularly meet and maintain relationships with customers.

Give a seamless experience to customers pre and post-sales.

Provide general and technical support to the customers for query resolution to maximize customer satisfaction.

Maintain cordial relationships with end clients.

Work on account management with the outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention and growth.

Maintain all leads on the ERP system on a daily basis.

Prepare daily sales & summary reports.

Work on internal & external coordination.
