Role Summary :
- The role is with the HO Customer Centricity (CC) team at Godrej Properties Head Office in Mumbai. The HO CC Team consists of rich pedigree of professionals from top corporates, with rich experience in customer relationship management as well as other functions.
- The HO CC team is the in-house consulting and project management arm for the CC vertical. The team is responsible for leading large scale transformation projects and strategic priorities, aligning the function with the long term corporate plan.
- The role offers high visibility as you will work closely with GPL's senior leadership team and provides excellent leadership development opportunities and over time offers a high growth path within GPL. The rich experience and skill enhancement that this role offers are much sought after in the real estate sector as well as strategy roles across industries.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly collections plans and ensuring that the assigned targets are achieved.
- Monitoring KPIs and dependencies on a regular basis, and highlight any issues to stakeholders.
- Guide and motivate zonal teams, and also work with them to solve any issues. Ensure performance thresholds are met regularly across teams.
- Plan and execute mitigation strategies for setbacks / challenges, if any.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on performance against targets, ongoing / potential issues and possible solutions.
- Regular review and updating of functional processes and associated SOPs.
- Use of automation to eliminate manual processes and tasks.
- Drive a data centric culture - suggest and implement new dashboards, novel metrics to measure performance and improve productivity of CC associates

- HO, Zonal and Site CC teams Solution Design, Implementation and Overall Project Management Performance monitoring, site visits and regular reviews
Who are we looking for?
Education:
- Education: MBA Tier 1 Institute
- Work experience: At least five years of relevant experience in customer collections. Real estate industry preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Accuracy, with eye for detail.
- Coordination and collaboration, with multiple teams and individuals across functions and geographies on a regular basis.
- Delivering results despite challenges, by mitigating risks and working on contingency options.
- Customer centric outlook and attitude.
