Job Description:

- Support for Project report preparation for M&A and Joint Venture.

- Financial modelling/ knowledge of financial parameters.

- Financial benchmarking/Investor relations / market scanning/macro environment data analysis.

- Assisting the inorganic growth initiatives and help organization to achieve LTP goals.

- Drive overall business development, identify gaps in the business or capabilities portfolios.

- Scan market for customer and industry trends, partnerships/alliances.

- Support the activities of deal closure from discussion & finalization of terms & conditions, preparation and sign-off of legal documents.

- Prepare & update status of all opportunities for monthly Investment Committee meeting by coordinating with business domain CFTs & senior management.

- Initiate & monitor the progress of activities related with marketing.
