Asskstant Manager- Business Development

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities of AM (BD & CSR):

1.) Explore and Promote Business Development (BD) opportunities for Six Sigma Eldercare a group company into provision of Home Health care Services in Delhi NCR

2.) Engagement with Clients for provision of Home health Care services including negotiating of Service Fees, signing of Agreement etc

3.) After Sales Services – both telephonically and by home visits with view to taking and analysing Feedback for improving Operational Systems/Quality Assurance of SSEC services

4.) Engagement with hospitals/nursing homes for provision of General Duty Assistant (GDA) services

5.) Liasing with Finance department of SSS and GKHI for prompt generation of invoices and recovery of payables from clients

6.) Carrying out due diligence of activities of not for profits which approach SSIPL for CSR grants

7.) Help management of SSIPL for examining proposals received from companies/not for profits for financing of their operations

8.) Any other activities that may be assigned by the management from time to time

Qualifications & Experience

1.) Minimum graduate – MBA in Marketing desirable

2.) Fluent in English and Hindi.- Reading/Writing and Speaking

3.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word/Exel/Powerpoint

4.) Having at least ten years’ experience as Executive in Sales/Mktg - experience in Elder Care/Homecare sector will be given priority

5.) Experience in Social Sector will also be given due weightage

Other Terms

1.) Reporting will be to management of SSIPL and SSEC

2.) Working hours will be Flexible – no daily reporting to office , however there will be travel on short notice as per business requirement

3.) Ownership of two wheeler most desirable considering need for extensive travel at short notice

4.) Six Day week – however weekly off to be taken in consultation with Management

5.) Probationary period of six months
