Responsibilities :

- Partner with business and data teams to understand requirements and translate them into project plans and technical solutions

- Manage interdependent workstreams, aligning priorities and removing blockers to ensure on-time delivery

- Design and implement processes for intake, prioritization, and execution of analytics projects

- Drive adoption of new reporting and BI capabilities through training, documentation, and change management

- Monitor project health, report on status/risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

- Identify opportunities to improve data processes, tooling, and infrastructure to support scalability and self-service

- Define mechanisms for weekly, monthly, quarterly business reporting

Basic Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in a technical program management role in data programmes.

- Strong understanding of data management concepts including data modelling, ETL, warehousing, and BI

- Proficient in SQL and experience working with large, complex data sets

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with AWS data services like Redshift, Athena, Glue, Quicksight

- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies

- Background in business intelligence, reporting, and analytics

- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
