Role Overview :

The Lead Data Engineer will be responsible for supporting the migration of legacy CRM systems to Salesforce, including designing and developing and testing data pipelines, designing and developing data models, and applying transformations to data. This role will also support ongoing projects in developing tables and building transformations in Snowflake

Key Requirements :

- Hands-on experience in ETL Tool IICS, Informatica ETL - Salesforce CRM integration using industry accepted methodologies and procedures.

- Proficient in Informatica Cloud Services, IICS, Informatica Power Centre 9x, SQL, Data Analysis, Data warehousing, Salesforce for ETL processes.

- Worked on Data extraction, transformation and loading data from various sources like Salesforce, Anaplan, Cloudera, Oracle, CSV/Flat file, Microsoft Azure, Xml, JSON file and UNIX server, Snowflake, Microsoft SQL server using Informatica Cloud.

- Worked on both Application Integration and Data Integration Services.

- Worked Rest webservices to Post data into the Client system and used Postman tool to validate the API response.

- Used Scrum Agile Methodology in my work (Daily Scrum Meeting, Sprint Backlog, 1on1 meeting).

- Worked on Salesforce Workflow, Process builder, Email, Custom Object, Field Creations.

- Created dataflows and pipelines in Azure Data Factory.

- Creating Copy activity which reads data from various sources and load data into Snowflake raw layer.

- Used Various sources to Pull into Power BI/Tableau such as SQL Server, Oracle.

- Created internal and external stage and transformed data during load in Snowflake.

- Develop and maintain ETL Process to move data from source system to Snowflake.

- Working knowledge in DBT and Azure data bricks.

Key Skillset :

- 7-10 years' experience in data engineering

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, particularly Salesforce data structures and backend

- Strong SQL skillset and experience building tables and applying transformations

- Ability to self-manage tasks and time

Strong communication skills Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Azure Data Factory
