Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant

We are hiring for the role of Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate executive communications, including calls, emails, and client interactions.
• Draft and format emails, presentations, and reports.
• Efficiently manage and respond to a high volume of emails, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Handle executive calendar, scheduling and setting up meetings.
• Arrange pre and post-meeting logistics.
• Maintain confidential documents with the utmost discretion.
• Take accurate meeting notes.
• Arrange accommodations and flights as required.
• Provide general administrative and secretarial support.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and computer skills.
