Assistant Manager Operations

1.Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
2. In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
3. Hands -on experience in MS Excel operations.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills
5.Organizational and time-management skills.
6.Decision-making skills.
7.It will be a plus point if have Degree in Management or training in team leading.

Extensive experience working in Operation Management

Total Experience: 5+ years

Location : Gurgaon/ Gurugram

Education- Any Graduate /Post graduate

BPO Industry experience will be added advantage.
