Roles & Responsibility:

• Ensuring timeliness in preparing & filing of various periodic reports with regulators - SEBI/RBI etc.
• Liaising with auditors and various departments during Audits
• Ensuring the online portal are as per regulatory requirements and any updates are made in a timely manner
• Filing of various Statutory Forms and returns with ROC within the timelines prescribed
• Preparation, updation and maintenance of Statutory registers and records as required by Companies Act, 2013
• Annual filing as per Companies Act as per Companies Act, 2013 ;
• Preparation of Share Certificates as per Companies Act 2013;
• Preparing and filing of various e- forms with the Registrar of Companies under Companies Act 2013
• Conducting of Board Meetings as per the requirement of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Regulations, 1996.
• Drafting and preparation of notice, agenda and the minutes of Annual General Meeting, Board and various
• Committee meetings
• Draft various resolutions in accordance with the provision of the Companies Act, 2013, and rules thereunder
• Drafting and vetting of Agreements, power of attorney's, various applications etc.
• Increasing authorized share capital, rights issues and the work/filings associated with the same
