Interior Designer Cum Project Manager

Job Role :

1. Male Interior Designer knowing 2d, 3d & technical working drawings with minimum 3 years experience. Capable to design projects independently.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design Conceptualization and Planning
2. Create detailed design concepts for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Work closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences. Develop mood boards, design sketches, and 3D visualizations to present design ideas. Project Coordination
3. Oversee the entire project from concept to completion, ensuring that the design is implemented according to plan.
4. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure materials and furniture.
5. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Material and Furniture Selection
6. Research and select appropriate materials, furnishings, lighting, and decor for each project.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and innovations in interior design.
8. Recommend sustainable and cost-effective materials where possible.
9. Client Presentations and Meetings
10. Conduct client meetings to present design concepts, receive feedback, and refine designs.
11. Provide clients with a clear understanding of the design process and timelines.
12. Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
13. Documentation and Reporting
14. Prepare detailed design plans, blueprints, and specifications for contractors and builders.
15. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including budgets and schedules.
16. Review project documentation and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications.
17. Quality Control
18. Inspect the quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors to ensure that design specifications are met.
19. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to ensure the smooth execution of the project.

Experience from Freight Forwarding company, handling Sea Exports pricing & Customer service.

Education- Diploma in Interior Design
