Qualification(s)

M/Com, MBA, Inter CA/ICWA

Specialization Required/Skills

Manufacturing Taxation both Direct and Indirect

Experience Required

5 to 6 years

Responsibilities

Check E-Invoicing of all divisions, finding errors / omissions on a daily basis and informing divisions / ITS for resolution.
Checking and filing credit notes of all divisions.
Preparation of BPP for accounting of Advance tax / self-assessment tax, GST and TCS payments in ERP
Check and ensure that no on account transactions are appearing in Debtors ledgers
Documentation of pending BRC s with bank and downloading the same form DGFT website.
Submission of REX Monthly return to DGFT and PLEX returns
Preparation of data for filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B GST returns as per the check lists.
Preparation of data for reconciliation of ITC as per books & portal to resolve GSTR-2B errors.
Making entries for monthly MIS as per the checklist
Preparation of Sundry debtors age wise / Bill wise outstanding report on a monthly basis for submission to SBI through KDZ
Reconciliation of GST cash ledger, GST payable / receivable accounts with GST returns, claims receivable from insurance company., TCS, ETC.
Preparation of various declarations / undertaking as per IT act / GST act as required by customers
All work related to Statutory audit
Various workings for yearly GSTR-9 return / GST audit related work
Checking e-way bills on monthly basis, find out deficiencies & communicate to division
Preparation of GPA / WC claims Inputs

Additional Requirements

Highly skilled on MS Office tools and especially ERP.
