Job Summary:

The Branding & Compliance Manager ensures that all marketing, communication, and branding activities align with corporate identity standards, industry regulations, and trademark protections. The role involves monitoring brand consistency across all platforms, approving marketing materials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements specific to the cement industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Identity Management:

• Develop and enforce branding guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
• Oversee the correct usage of logos, colors, typography, and brand assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to maintain brand positioning and corporate identity.

Marketing & Communication Compliance:

• Review and approve advertisements, packaging, brochures, and digital content to align with brand guidelines.
• Ensure messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity are consistent across all communication channels.
• Approve marketing campaigns and product promotions before launch.

Regulatory & Legal Compliance:

• Ensure all branding and promotional materials adhere to cement industry regulations and government guidelines.
• Monitor copyright, trademark, and intellectual property compliance in branding activities.
• Liaise with legal teams to secure necessary approvals for brand-related content.

Industry & Market Alignment:

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' branding strategies.
• Work with product and sales teams to align branding efforts with market demands.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain a premium brand perception.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

• Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors for branding and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct training and workshops to educate employees on branding and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing compliance, or corporate communications, preferably in the cement or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of brand management, advertising laws, and intellectual property rights.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in design software and marketing tools is a plus.

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Cement, Construction, Manufacturing, Building Materials, or related sectors.
