Business Developer (BD)

1. Generate leads via various channels like Upwork, PPH, Guru, Freelancer, LinkedIn etc.
2. Generate leads via various job portals and maintain data to use in various pitches
3. Create marketing plans to grow overseas business and adding new clients
4. Apply bids for work on various portals
5. Build, and execute Social media campaigns that work to reach at maximum B2B and B2C
6. Establish Tie-ups with domestic and international companies to generate new business opportunities.
7. Achieving monthly sales targets of various products
8. Conduct research to get market insights and competitive intelligence.
9. Developing growth strategies.
10. Creating presentations and slide decks for various pitches
11. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
12. Create plans to support overall business development

Skills Required:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT services, sales, BD or similar
• Good English speaking skills
• Ability to work Independently without supervision
• Understanding of required computer softwares
• Should be able to initiate client meetings on their own.
• Proven working experience as a Business developer or a relevant role.
• Skilled with using LinkedIn and other platforms to generate leads.
