Job Role:
Responsible for pitching career programs to the students and working professionals that will help in the core aim of their placements.
Reach out to Institutions and Corporations and develop relations to introduce and upsell KITEL Products, Services, and business solutions. Key account management and mapping.
Responsible for making aggressively daily outgoing calls and lead generation with follow-ups
Emphasizing program features and benefits with a focus on the placement assistance
Update calls in CRM daily
Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate rate interest in Sales Opportunities
Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets, forecasts, and reporting on market situations and competition
Representing the company for brand awareness
Providing suggestions to improvise on sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
MBA Marketing Fresher Or Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in lead generation and sales. Should be flexible to work in a startup, eager to learn, build, and perform, and aiming to work and grow together
