Job Description
- Oversee HR operations employee onboarding, offboarding and maintenance of personnel records.
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration for ensuring accurate payment to employees.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labour laws and company standards.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
- Recommend transfer/posting requirements based on evolving project/service requirements.
- Identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct the recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and implement employee development programs to foster talent retention and career growth.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training and development needs and co-ordinate relevant training programs.
- Maintain and analyse HR data to generate reports on key metrics such as employee turnover rates, employee engagement, and training effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all Central, State and local employment laws and regulations and amendments/changes made from time to time.
- Prepare for and attend hearings schedules by statutory authorities/agencies.
