KAPL is a fashion destination for men's ethnic and celebration wear.

Role and Responsibilities:

Customer service:

Smile & Greet customers warmly and welcoming them in store.

Answer customer queries about products, sizes, styles, and store policies.

Assist customers in finding desired items and provide suggestions based on their style , preference and requirements.

Sales generation:

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase sales per customer by actively promoting current promotions.

Merchandising and visual display:

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by ensuring displays are visually appealing and as per the display guidelines set by company.

Required skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to build rapport with customers

Knowledge of retail sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling

Basic math skills for accurate transactions

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
