Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and staffing.

2. Drive sales and meet performance targets through strategic planning and team motivation.

3. Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

4. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure consistent performance.

5. Maintain store presentation in alignment with WHILLs brand image.

6. Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in retail management or sales leadership.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals.

4. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering premium service.

5. Familiarity with mobility solutions or technology-driven products is a plus.
