Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding, TIG welding, torch cutting, and equipment maintenance tasks to fabricate metal structures according to design specifications.
  
• Conduct quality control checks on welds to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to welding equipment and processes as needed.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times during work operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in MIG/TIG welding, torch cutting, or similar field.
  
• Strong knowledge of welding metallurgy principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in operating various types of welding machines (e.g., MIG/TIG) and hand tools (e.g., torches).
  
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings accurately.
  
• ITI certification preferred but not required.
