Role & responsibilities
Concept design of Engine components
Engine Assembly Layout and Detailing
Detailed 3D & 2D drawing preparation with GD & T
Completion of DFM process
Manufacturing feasibility review with Sourcing team
Understanding the FEA results and update the required changes in the current design
Tolerance stack up analysis
Conceptual design improvements for productivity enhancement
Understanding of Material standards, inspection standards, process standards etc.
Preparation of Engine BOM structure, Modification in BOM through ECR/ECN process
Preparation & release of Engine assembly specification
