1. New Product Design & Development from scratch level: Ductable.
2. Technically Sound (Ductable R&D background and professional experience is must)
3. System Integration Expert - Understanding of Cycle Balancing, Reliability of Components
4. Part, Product Design & Analysis in 2D & 3D - preferably Uni Graphics (UG)
5. Field Exposure on Duct product.
6. Cost Innovation , Tollgate Management / NPD Cycle Management
7. Experience in VAVE / CI Processes, Benchmarking, Continuous improvement.
8. Effective Communication
9. Thourough understanding of Sheet Metal, Copper Tubings, Plastic Components and HVAC
Controls
10. Knowledge of duct assembly on manufacturing line.
