Technical Skills:Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and generate reports. Attention to Detail: Precision in handling financial transactions and data. Communication Skills: Clear communication of financial information to stakeholders. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and financial records. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify financial discrepancies and recommend solutions.
Responsibilities
- Transaction Recording and Reconciliation Accurately record all financial transactions using double-entry bookkeeping methods (debits/credits). Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure financial data is balanced and accurate.
- Invoice, Bills, and Checks Processing Prepare, review, and enter invoices, bills, and checks into the accounting system. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial documents.
- Software Utilization Proficiently use Tally for accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting. Utilize Outlook for communication and scheduling tasks.
