Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities 

We are looking for a candidate to join our sales team for our Export Freight Forwarding business.

• The job will entail relationship management with our existing and prospective customers.
• Telecalls to our existing customers to induce more business enquiries.
• Working on the enquiries with our pricing team to provide quotations to customers.
• Follow up with customers on the rate offers made.
• Overcoming objections and solving difficulties for customers.
• It will also entail visiting clients for business meetings and the focus will be on generating export bookings.

Desired Candidate Profile 

• Resident of Mumbai Western Suburbs.
• Should be passionate about Sales.
• Pleasant demeanor and good language skills.
• Ability to communicate convincingly with clients.
• 1-3 years work experience in customer services or inside sales in any service industry.
• Knowledge about freight forwarding or logistics business is not a prerequisite.

Work timings are

Monday to Friday - 0930 hrs to 1730 hrs

Saturdays - 0930 hrs to 1300 hrs
