XR Developer

A Associate-XR Development is a creative and analytical professional who combines their ideas about learning with content development to create and evaluate immersive experiences. They will work with various stakeholders in the business, including internal teams and external vendors, to craft strategies for virtual and augmented reality content focused on learning and education. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of 3D content creation, distribution, and consumption within the context of education. They will be responsible for using HyperSkill software to build and test high-quality VR/AR content, as well as designing simulations that enhance learning outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize HyperSkill software to design, build, and test high-quality VR/AR learning content and simulations.
• Research, evaluate, and analyze existing educational content from other vendors to identify and implement best practices.
• Stay abreast of trends in the virtual reality industry and adjust content strategies accordingly.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in virtual reality technology and content creation techniques.
• Analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform the development of future learning strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong passion for VR/AR and AI-powered content, particularly in the context of education.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, game design or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, and written & verbal communication skills.
• Adept at working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, curiosity, and creativity.
