Electrical Engineer at sugar mill

1. Design and Installation of Electrical Systems:
   Ensure that electrical systems in the sugar mill are designed, installed, and operated according to technical standards.
2. Maintenance and Repair:
   Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot electrical equipment such as transformers, motors, and control cabinets.
3. Supervision and Inspection:
   Monitor the operation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and performance standards.
4. Technical Support:
   Assist relevant departments in improving production processes and optimizing energy usage.
5. Planning and Reporting:
   Prepare maintenance plans, spare parts inventory, and work reports as required.
6. Automation System Management:
   Control and operate SCADA, PLC, and other automation equipment in the factory.
7. Training and Guidance:
   Train operators on safety and proper use of electrical equipment.

Preferred candidate profile

Job Requirements

1. Education:
   Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
2. Experience:
   At least 3 years of experience in industrial electrical system maintenance and installation.
3. Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, and industrial automation systems.
• Proficiency in reading and drafting electrical diagrams.
4. Soft Skills:
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and ability to work under pressure.
5. Other Requirements:
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when needed.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards.
