Role : Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Experience Level : 3 to 6 Years

Work location : Mumbai, Bangalore & Trivandrum

Mandatory Skills : MLE + NLP + Deep learning + Python + Genai (good to have)

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop machine learning models to support decision intelligence applications.

- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Implement and optimize ML algorithms to improve decision-making processes.

- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training and deployment

- Integrate ML models into decision intelligence systems and ensure their reliability and scalability.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and decision intelligence.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, preferably with a focus on decision intelligence, product or related fields.

- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or R.

- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn).

- Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., SF, AWS, Azure) for deploying and managing ML models.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

- BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
