Social Media Manager - Mumbai

'- 3 to 4 years - preferably from education/ edtech industry.

- Subject matter expert in social media management across platforms - Insta, FB, Linkedin - to help build robust and highly engaged social communities

- Has to have an eye for emerging trends in this highly dynamic media space.

'- Build a monthly social media calendar as per the brand/ customer persona

- Work with cross functional internal teams and external resources to generate engaging content as per the calendar

- Regularly review key performance KPIs of all the channels and review plans in line with performance

- Competition tracking
