Project Manager - .Net Technologies (15-20 yrs)

Skills :

Project Management :

- Minimum 15 years of overall experience in multi-disciplinary functions.

- 10 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management.

- Expertise in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).

- Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of Microsoft .NET framework 3.5 and above, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML, DHTML, Web Services, and WCF.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage multiple software development projects using .NET technologies.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Manage project resources, including team members, budget, and materials.

- Track project progress and identify and mitigate risks.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.

- Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews.

- Implement and enforce project management methodologies and best practices.

- Conduct Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to optimize project workflows.

- Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements.

- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.

- Mentor and coach project team members.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest project management trends and technologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 15-20 years of overall experience, with at least 10 years in SDLC management.

- Strong understanding of .NET technologies (MVC, ASP.NET, C#, etc.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex software development projects.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Project Management certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2).
