Job Description
Position Name : Marketing Sales Representative/Lead Generators
Roles & Responsibilities :
To meet garage owners/workshop owners/mechanics on daily basis and generate sales
Enrol new mechanics and manage loyalty program
Create awareness and promote our key (Private Label (PL) and Distribution partner (DP) ) products
Monitor usage and take necessary actions to increase PL & DP usage by mechanics
Conduct market activation program and create demand & brand awareness
Help the mechanics in redemption process
Identify problems that mechanics face and ensure immediate solutions are implemented
Gather competitor information
Knowledge and Skills:
Education Qualification
: Diploma/Graduate
Experience
: 06 months to 2 years experience in meeting garage owners
Functional Skills
: Sales skills/After market know how and spare parts knowledge
Age
: 21 to 25 Years
