Lead and supervise engineering teams on-site, ensuring effective coordination and execution of tasks.
Develop and implement site-specific plans, including project schedules, safety measures, quality control procedures, and the overall work programme.
Establish and monitor project milestones to ensure that the work programme is on track and meets the project's timeline requirements.
Oversee the construction process from planning and design through execution and completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and ensure project alignment.
Review and approve engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
Manage and resolve on-site conflicts related to materials, equipment, and workforce.
Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including reports, change orders, and progress updates.
Monitor project budgets and costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff.
Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed on-site and promote a culture of safety awareness.
Develop and enforce quality control procedures, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
8-15 years of experience in civil engineering Construction (Building)- Govt project(who have more command in govt projects in building constructions), Not from consultant, Not from builder
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
Strong understanding of civil project management principles, construction management techniques, document control procedures.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders; proficiency in English language required.
