Strong interpersonal skills

Understanding organizational goals, identifying avenues of need, proactive institution of Talent retention initiatives.

Good written and oral communication

To be conversant in Telugu (desirable) and willing to travel to locations when required.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA in HR/MSW/MA Social works from Premier schools with at least 7 years of relevant work experience.

Male or Female candidates willing to travel across South India
