Qualification
Minimum: Graduation in any discipline.
Candidates with ITI/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields with sales experience will be preferred.
Required Skill Set
- Strong customer engagement and persuasion skills.
- Ability to conduct on-site assessments and convince clients on solar adoption.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems (preferred).
- Willingness to participate in BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities such as canopy campaigns, field promotions, and awareness drives.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Odia, and English.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing techniques (preferred).

Job Description / Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of solar power plant installation for homes, businesses, and industries.
- Identify and generate leads, pitch customized solar solutions, and convert potential customers into solar adopters.
- Educate customers about solar energy benefits, government subsidies, financing options, and long-term savings.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in BTL marketing activities such as canopy setups, local promotional events, and customer awareness campaigns to generate leads.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Provide post-sales support, ensuring seamless installation and customer satisfaction.
Desired Profile of the Candidate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in direct sales, B2B sales, banking, insurance, or financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates with experience in direct sales, customer visits, or financial product sales (such as loans, insurance, or banking) will be given preference.
- Own a two-wheeler for local travel in the assigned regions.
