Role Overview

Were looking for a Tech Lead (Full-Stack Developer with a strong back-end focus) to lead the Growth Teams technical direction. In this role, you will:

• Take co-ownership of sprint planning, task estimation, and retrospectives
• Lead daily scrums and ensure smooth collaboration between development and QA
• Drive hands-on coding while mentoring the team
• Architect scalable, high-performance systems
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of sprint goals

This role is perfect for a strong developer who enjoys leadership responsibilities and agile project management while actively coding.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Agile Management

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Define and review task estimations to optimize sprint efficiency
• Coordinate closely with QA to ensure high-quality releases
• Mentor and guide junior developers

Development & Architecture

• Architect and develop scalable backend solutions using Node.js (Medusa or similar framework)
• Contribute to full-stack development, working with React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
• Optimize databases (PostgreSQL) and ensure high-performance query execution
• Ensure seamless cloud deployments on AWS/Azure with CI/CD pipelines

Key Requirements

Must-Have:

• Experience: 3-6 years in a product-focused company, with leadership experience preferred
• Back-End Expertise: Strong proficiency in Node.js (Medusa or similar framework)
• Front-End Skills: Working knowledge of React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
• Database Management: Experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases
• Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency in AWS/Azure, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Soft Skills: Strong communicator, fluency in Hindi proactive problem solver, and team leader

Good to Have:

• Data Streaming: Knowledge of Kafka or similar tools
• Other Back-End Tech: Python or another backend language
• E-commerce & B2B: Background in e-commerce, B2B, and ERP/CRM integrations
• Agile & Scrum: Experience running daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives
