Job Description:
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy tailored to AI technology products and services.
- Identify target industries and create customized approaches for each segment.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging markets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored AI solutions.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and technical) to ensure seamless delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AI technologies.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize sales outcomes.
- Deep understanding of business practices across regions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in AI technology or related fields.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire sales teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
