Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP project execution, stakeholder management, and driving successful SAP rollouts across multiple modules. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align SAP solutions with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, and transformation projects.
• Develop project plans, scope, timeline, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and SAP consultants.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, project governance, and compliance standards.
• Manage project risks, identify roadblocks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, and expectation management.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure system stability.
• Optimize SAP system performance and enhance functionality based on business needs.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and junior consultants.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 10-20 years of SAP project management experience, with a proven track record of leading successful SAP implementations.
• Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP Activate, ASAP methodology, Agile & Waterfall models.
• SAP Knowledge: Hands-on experience in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and multiple SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, etc.).
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Ability to interact with CXOs, business users, and technical teams.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with SAP integrations, cloud technologies, and data migration strategies.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate Project Manager certification.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing SAP projects in manufacturing, retail, or IT services industries.
