Job Description
KG Invicta Services (KGiS) is looking for Test Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- The test manager is in charge of overseeing the testing team as well as collaborating with other team members such as developers, business analysts, and system admins
- To perform this role efficiently, test manager must be well-versed in testing methods while also completing the traditional management tasks
- The main responsibility of a test manager is planning, coordinating, and controlling software tests
- To do so, they must first plan and choose a test strategy that is most suitable for the current project
- 6-8 years as a Test Manager in application testing, preferably SAP
- Proficiency in test management tools such as Microfocus ALM, Solution Manager, JIRA, and X-Ray.
- Proven experience in managing test processes and testing end-user applications.
- Strong experience in interacting with clients and managing expectations
- Interacting with clients and managing their expectations effectively.
- Working effectively in diverse, multi-cultural teams
- ISTQB Foundation/Advanced Level Test Manager certification is a plus
- Hands-on experience with SAP testing processes is beneficial but not mandatory
