• Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle tenant inquiries and disputes effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately track payments, overdue balances, and follow up on accounts systematically.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to assess tenant situations and offer workable payment solutions while adhering to company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working within a call center environment or high-volume collections setting.
• Knowledge of legal processes related to property management collections, including eviction procedures.
