Payment Posting Associate

Position: Payment Poster

Shift Timing: 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM

Experience: 2.5+ Years

Scope of Work:

1. Reconcile payments with Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).

2. Process adjustments, write-offs, and refunds as per guidelines.

3. Identify and flag payment discrepancies or denials for follow-up.

4. Experience in medical billing and payment posting (preferred).

Primary Skills:

1. Should have good Communication.

2. Accurately post insurance and patient payments into the system.

3. Generate reports to track payment trends and resolve inconsistencies.

4.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Familiarity with EOBs and healthcare terminology.
