Executive-Accounts Payable

The company provides SaaS based end-to-end transaction management, channel management, compliance solutions, data analytics and various other digital services to asset managers across segments, as well as outsourcing services for global players.

Role & responsibilities

Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records

• Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
• Good hands on Experience in SAP
• Expertise in MIS Reporting
• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
• Ensure the accuracy of an organizations financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
• Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment
• Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner

Preferred candidate profile

• An understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required.
• Minimum 4 to 8 years' Experience in Accounts Payable
• A degree in the following subjects would be beneficial:
• Finance or Economics
• Business Studies
• Accounting
