Key Responsibilities :

Lead Frontend Development : Design, develop, and maintain highly responsive and performant web applications using React.js.

- Architect Solutions : Collaborate with the team to architect and implement scalable and maintainable frontend solutions.

- Code Reviews : Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.

- Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Collaboration : Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design prototypes into interactive and visually appealing web applications.

- Testing : Implement and maintain robust testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.

- Performance Optimization : Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure smooth and fast user experiences.

- Stay Current : Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain modern and competitive.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.

- Proficiency : Deep understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and modern web development practices.

- Technologies : Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

- State Management : Proficiency in state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

- Tooling : Familiarity with modern build tools and package managers like Webpack, Babel, npm, and Yarn.

- Version Control : Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

- Testing : Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.

- Agile : Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

- Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

- UI/UX : Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to work closely with designers.
